Aren’t you being somewhat unfair here? I don’t see many post where our guys/gals say they don’t like this gig? Some simply prefer to be as accurate as possible in describing how they feel about the different aspects of this job.

For me, commuting is one such example - sure, it’s “doable” but it’s not easy. Still want for people to apply and to join the IPA side of this company (do not join the FQS ranks!) but there's nothing wrong with being a realist. YMMV

Sure, we all have things we would like to be better. What are yours? We are the industry leader. What place is better? Maybe FedEx, but their scope is a ticking time bomb.

You know the old joke, what is the difference between a pilot and his airplane? The airplane stops whining at the gate!

We could have steak and lobster for catering, five star hotels on every layover, and guys would still find something to complain about!

We are well compensated for what we do but this place isn't perfect.

It’s a great job working for a bipolar company.

I recommend it to friends but also caution them. Things are great if there’s movement. Things are bad if you are stuck at the bottom and can’t get to the domicile you want. Things really sucked from 2007 until 2014!
