Default How Senior To Maximize Sleep at Home?

As I received helpful feedback on the FDX forum I thought I'd run the following by UPS folks as well. For someone willing to locate to SDF, how long would it take an FO to hold a line of "out&back" trips that would max sleep at home (and what equipment facilitates this)?

New hire SDF based 75 F/O just released to line is holding SDF turn lines (Morning turns). Report times from 0200-0330ish local, return by 1100ish local, 4 times a week, 3 weeks in a row, week off.
Commuters typically avoid. These line can go very senior and junior.
Haven't looked at SDF A300 new hire awarded lines, but possible same opportunity.

I was holding morning turns (FDX calls them out-and-backs) at roughly 88% fleet/seat seniority.

Prior to that, I bid reserve and maybe averaged 3-4 RONs every four-week pay period.
