I wouldnt call posting wrong info useful for anyone. Perhaps you and G550 can get back to doing what you’re better at? Which is burning plastic in the galley oven.

Thats funny. Give him credit for trying. A for effort, F for delivery. Addition and subtraction is a hard skill set to come by these days. Three years on property for him and one for G550 and they have it all figured out, lord help us.
Lets just go back to celebrating those recently hired FO's assigned to ANC being uprooted to SDF without any provisions in the contract. At least we can all rally around the delivery of the second sleep can. What did we pay for those cans anyway during negotiations? Suspect those numbers are not forth coming anytime soon.

OK Gents,
This thread is for potential new guys, poolies, and guys and gals heading into an interview. Let's respect them and their needs for information and keep non related topics (dwelling on a single accounting error and union attacks, etc.) on other threads.

First of all, there were only two interviewees, not the 20+ you might be used to. We did sim first, I had the Bus and the other guy had the 757. Sim was just as described in all the gouge and it was tough; raw data with unfamiliar instrumentation and aircraft. Mine was almost an hour long. The instructors did everything they could to make it a relaxed environment and do all of the aircraft configuration.
The interview portion is long, I was so wrung out by the sim, I didn’t note the time. They said it would 1 1/2-2 hours and it was. Again, they do everything they can to make it a relaxed atmosphere and really just want to get to know you. I believe that DT is no longer there, but he was good at pushing a difficult question beyond any kind of prepared response you might have. An interview prep service is ok, but stay away from canned answers.
I would highly recommend using the Holiday Inn they tell you too. Have some questions for them. You will be asked several times what questions you have for them. We had quite a bit of time between the sim and the interview and I was left in the room alone for about an hour after the interview. Remember, every second you are on this trip is part of the interview.
Of course with the recent changes in HR, all of this could have changed.
Good luck!!
