The 4 year degree
So I'm looking for input from the pilot group and folks that have interviewed lately. Where are we on hiring, specifically in reference to the 4 year degree.
Met someone the other day that has 20k plus hours, meets all the "basic" requirements, but lacks the 4 year degree. Are there any current UPS pilots out there or guys that have interviewed (successfully) that did not have the bachelors degree?
I would like to know if this person has a shot at getting into an interview or on line without it.
Thanks in advance.

FWIW, I heard that everyone hired in this category had at least an associates degree or were close to finishing their 4 year.

Was going to send more detail but cant send you a message.
For a few years, UPS was making mention of the all the new hires with Masters degrees.
Need an explanation for lack of 4 year degree. With online capability, guessing can't say "time" as only reason. Appears those hired without a 4 year degree do have some college or are working credibly towards a 4 year degree.
