Interview
 
Based on availability, when is UPS bringing folks out for interview (3 mos, 6 mos)? Will internal recs help decrease that time? Interaction at an Expo?

Not sure what you’re asking with Q1. They are and have been consistently interviewing. I’ve heard reports of people with interviews in January 2019.

Q2. Internal Recs: I think the jury is still out on that one. However, in the past a large majority had letters.

Q3. Job fair experiences have mixed results from what I’ve read on these threads.

Keep in mind that the hiring team was revamped back in the summer so we don’t really know how they are running things now. C’mon recent new hires, pay it forward with some intel...

Attending a job fair was crucial I believe in getting further in the process.
