Master’s degree. Tons of volunteer time, including currently. Two internals. A couple resume pushes from people who know people.
Im not giving up, I’m just tired of the emotional roller coaster and need a break from it. If all that doesn’t get a call, after five years, I’m not convinced 500 hours more of A320 SIC will make the difference.
Congrats on getting the call! Certainly hope it ls awesome.
I would venture to guess that the past months have brought on an onslaught of applications from highly qualified people who never thought they would be job hunting again. Also an attached assumption that with a few more thousand applications UPS has adjusted their filters and parameters.

Good luck and stay healthy.

Default Hogan Test

I know some prep companies are offering prep for the Hogan test?? Is it worth it?

I know another popular consulting company said for the United Hogan there's really no way to prep for it? Other than a good mindset, be honest, and don't overthink it.

I don’t know how much fight I have left in me. My application isn’t getting any better any time soon, and apparently they don’t want what I’m offering (which I thought was quite competitive at the moment).
Good luck to those still in it. I have to take a break from this for a while.
Sorry to hear that, went to a job fair and got a phone call a month later. I would try going to another job fair in the future.

Have those 5 already been called out of the pool? Are the names on the board?

Thanks
