There's at least one post '16 hire telling people they voted no because "we must of given something up contractually that the EB isn't telling us".

To everyone who voted
Thank you!! Kudos to everyone who voted. 95.2% participation is something other unions can only dream of.
_____
To the 29 who voted NO
I respect your decision. I disagree with you but I’d like to know the reasons behind your no vote so we, as a union, can get even better in the future.
Your decision seems perplexing to me as most airline pilots are facing furloughs while we’re voting for pay increases? ..but maybe you’re seeing something we are not?
Again, I sincerely respect your decision and THANK YOU for voting.
_____
To the 128 who didn’t vote
IF you or a loved one is suffering from a serious medical illness and therefore you weren’t able to vote, I understand and I sincerely hope you get better soon. ...and maybe some of you had other extenuating circumstances and if so I hope you’re ok.

To the rest of you - You don’t deserve this union! Shame on You!!!

I want to call him an idiot, but I respect his choice and that he ACTUALLY VOTED! Hopefully we can come together with those who voted no and work out any disagreements. To those who simply didn’t vote, you’re pathetic...

Unfortunately, I kind of agree with you. It’s so easy to vote, that not voting puts you in a not very nice category. You are either a passive aggressive “no” voter or an idiot who doesn’t believe in increasing pay rates or retirement. I may be insensitive to someone’s feelings though.
