“While these races are uncontested, the IPA Executive Board strongly urges every IPA member to cast their vote as a strong voter turnout will send an important message to UPS that the pilot group is fully engaged and unified.”
Not the time nor the proper avenue for making personal protests in response to the crappy aviation environment that’s largely beyond the EB’s control. This is a part of negotiations, treat it as such, vote and send a strong message to your employer!

too late, I read it. Rest assured, I have spoken my piece in person to many board members over the years. Did you just see the guy get jumped on the b and g for suggesting that there may be a different way of handling things than the way we do here based on his prior experience as a union rep someplace else?
