When you do the Hogan - how do they let you know you passed? Is there some sort of message that gets sent on whether you passed or not? What is the pass / fail ratio like? And I'm assuming if you fail, that means no interview.

Thanks

When you finish the Hogan a screen will very briefly pop up telling you if you passed. Many guys use their phones to record this process, since it is very easy to miss. In my case, I missed it and had the pleasure of agonizing over it for a few days before they called me for the interview invitation.

There is a screen that pops up and it will say pass next to where it says recommendation.

True and you have to be ready because it’s only on the screen for a few seconds.

I'd say not even that. Mine came out for less than a half second. I'd have been left wondering if I didn't record it for sure.

Cant speak for windows these days but its is real easy to Screen Record on Apple, Mac and iPad and iPhone for that matter. If you have that recording on when you hot submit it will be taped if you miss eye balling the popup.

Default Interview

I am scheduled for my interview in a couple of weeks. This is only the second online interview I've done and the first did not request an entire copy of the digital logbook. I'm wondering what is the best way to submit such a large document. Guess I'm not the most tech savvy when it comes to this type of thing.

If I remember correctly, just click on the email link to the hogan test after completing, and it will give you your result again.

Having screen recording on when submitting might be another option?

I had my military time in an Excel sheet and a total summary page for each aircraft, and my current company has a function to do the same for each individual year. UPS seemed happy with that.
