Default Louisville Lenders

Anybody have a local lender that is familiar with the rather significant change in pay between years 1 and 2 at UPS. I’m looking at moving to sdf but I’d like to be able to get a decent loan. However those paychecks don’t look real impressive at the moment.

Also feel free to chime in on oldham county vs southern Indiana

It’s been a while since I went through that scenario, but my experience when shopping around was just about every local lender was very familiar with year 1 vs year 2 pay. All were willing to accommodate.

Contact payroll. They give you a letter explaining current pay vs 2nd year.

Many SDF local lenders & mortgage agents are familiar with UPS pilot compensation.

I'm biased but think money goes further in Southern Indiana, and public schools are very good.

Second. HHMS and Floyd Central are top notch.

Trident in Florida will make an exception. Only a month before you close. The problem is you make less than 50k. You probably qualify for government assistance. Nobody is going to grant you a 500k - 1 million dollar loan. I went through the process a couple of years ago.

Try Republic Bank. I have my crashpad financed through them. They came through big time when another bank didn't understand how we worked. I can give you who I worked with if you need it.

NBKC helped me out when I was buying probationary year. I did come to the table with 20% down.

I’m not at UPS but I did buy a house while on first year LCC pay through NBKC (Costco lender program) and they were great to work with. They were very familiar with how the pilot pay scales work.

Costco got out of the mortgage business. I’m sure you can still contact that bank.
