This thread is unnecessary and a little silly, especially since it was started by a Purple guy. I’m taking my Brown behind back over to the FedEx page to rejoice in all the lively discussions. 😀
Also, how about those Denver Nuggets?!? What a season!

As another FedEx guy, please do! Too many yes men at FedEx. It’s getting better, but the more outside opinions the better!

UPSers,
Your dedicated section of this site has had no new posts for a week. Apparently many of you feel the need to go over to the FedEx page and post there, or even start new discussions about our TA.
Good news! Now you can just stay in your own sandbox and post all your tripe, opinions, accusations, what-ifs, bi+che$, moans, complaints RIGHT HERE.
We don’t need or want your input. We don’t care how you’d vote on our TA. We don’t care what you would do if you were in our shoes. We will decide what to do with our TA and our MEC without your spears, grenades or support.
-A FedEx guy
PS: Boilerup is always welcome to post on a FedEx topic.

As a FedEx pilot I encourage anyone from any other airline (including UPS to come to our little forum and help us mock our concessionary TA. It’s an embarrassment for ALPA and if it passes it drags the whole industry down several rungs on the ladder. Carry on boys.
(also UPS, you boys should still be ashamed of taking a second contract extension instead of helping raise the bar)

We are outnumbered almost 100x by the Teamsters' contract which NLRB allows to strike 1August. Atlanta clearly handles them first.
We were sidelined by that ratio and relationship. Not a factor at FDX, where the airplanes are first and the truckers are not co-organized.
We'd have sat from last TA extension expiration until after all the final shakeout long after 1 August.
The bar would have been set lower for everyone else along the way- and no, we did not raise it high enough vs. even inflation.
