AGE 68?
I just heard from a CLOSE pilot colleague of mine that AGE 68 is coming in November. How does everyone feel about that? I'm NOT so happy to be basically WORKING, forever. I would RATHER spend that time on the golf course. Haha. Just wondering if I'm the only one who's heard something/ANYTHING about this.

iirc I thought 67 was temporarily off the table until sometime early next year. Either way I wouldn’t want to fly until 67 or 68 with our lines, especially if you’re in ONT. When Hot Standby (ready reserve in sense) is what I have to look forward to when I get senior i’d rather take my money and find a hobby.

If only there were an entire federal website dedicated to legislation...
https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-...5D35022F750B21
The applicable search is "Sec. 330"
Bill passed the House, has gone nowhere in the Senate, and ultimately the FAA Reauthorization that passed the House may or may not end up being what eventually gets through the Senate, reconciled, and signed by POTUS.
