Most junior 747 cpt in SDF is a 2014 hire? I guess ANC is junior? Or is it the 74 that's senior?

747 SDF CPT is the most senior seat in the system (ie. most senior CPT plug), while ANC is junior by comparison...Apr'18 was the junior CPT there.

MIA 757 CPT was the systemwide junior CPT award, Dec 2018 DOH.

Default Checkride Failures

During the application there was no where that asked about training failures. How is that handled at UPS during the hiring process?

They ask about it in the screening call and then the interview as well.

Most of us have failed checkrides. Just be honest about them. It’s not an automatic disqualifier.

I disclosed all check rides failures. Don’t lie. As pre contract said, it’s NOT a disqualification at all.

Not to be cocky or anything but I wouldn’t say most of us in this circumstance.

You’re making us sound old!

We are just a bit more mature
