If you’re reading Boiler’s post you’ve probably already voted. What you need to do now is bug everyone you come into contact with and remind them to vote. Dig up that old new hire group chat and spread the word. See a group at memos, on the Edgewood van - bring it up. Feel uncomfortable bugging people? Tell them you’re a volunteer with IPA’s voting outreach program. Getting the MOAC is going to require actual effort on everyone’s part. Get er dun people!!

It’s in the bylaws: apprentice members are ineligible to vote. Once you’re off probation you will have full voting privileges. You can bug all the captains and jumpseaters you fly with. That elusive 20% is hard to reach.
