The mediator wouldn’t force them as the drivers can actually walk. Let’s go ahead and do another extension now to get ahead of it

I’d take the over on that, but I suspect Atlanta may not want to set us up to be able to legally walk a picket line while in negotiations with the weight of a Teamster strike. It’s possible I’m wrong, but it is the reason I disagreed with the last extension. Time will tell.

[QUOTE=UPSFO4LIFE;4024519]Perhaps the EB can easily convince us to vote in another extension so we can wait a little longer to negotiate with the “A” Team from ATL while they negotiate with the mechanics. In the mean time don’t give any guidance or updates to the rank and file.

Had we not signed the 2nd extension, we may or may not have been “parked” by UPS during Teamsters negotiations, we will never know, this was all fear mongering by the EB. One thing is for sure, we would be much further along now and maybe with a TA or CBA. We would have been very close to the finish line prior to 2976 which in the words of BT, has paralyzed the company. Yes, even with B team playing Sudoku. The most amazing thing: 90%+ of the pilot group got tricked into believing this crap.
