So is this an ego thing that captains should make more? Same job, same responsibility in this new world of CRM. 'splain to me why you feel differently?

Any credence to the merger rumor? I got a class date with Delta and was wondering if this merger goes through if Delta guys will be on the wrong end of the deal.

That should solve all your problems.

Stick with the cargo forum.

Most succinct, to the point, two sentence true post in this whole discussion. Apparently this guy also has a completely twisted view of CRM also. Thank goodness I don't have to fly with the guy. That concept of CRM is trouble. And will create significant safety issues for those that do fly with him.

Not going to waste my time. Not my job to "'splain" anything to someone who cannot even hold a civil discourse. You are starting to make me think that this possibility of the FAA mandating psych evals for pilots may be a good thing. Good day.

Either you're trying to stir the pot here or on the major forum. Just thought I'd point it out.

Good luck with your choice.

I am sorry that you feel your "authority" is threatened.

Heard 1 NURP is going back there. Bet they'll scramble to replace him ASAP.

Anc74 03-29-2015 02:40 PM

I heard two NURPS up here quit because they are afraid the ANC training center is going to be closed.

Also know for a fact a lot of NURPS worried about losing their jobs. New NURPS come on board and undercut $$ the more senior NURPS. Apparently many NURPS wishing they had IPA membership. We'll see!!
