All three qualified international 121 heavy pilots.

Thanks all!

Sounds like the post application codes are pretty self explanatory. What would generate each to three equally qualified pilots is a head scratcher. Welcome to the mystery wrapped within an enigma that is life at UPS

This is but their very first encounter with the 1960's computer hardware and programming at UPS. It's not so humorous after the first 20 years or so of dealing with it.

I really don't think they want line pilots here. I'm serious.. They're trying to make it as cumbersome and as difficult as possible so no one applies - that way they can say, "see? no one wants to be a line pilot here so we're "forced" to hire managers!"

Hire managers? By definition they are not a manager:
"A person who has control or direction of a institution or business; a person who controls or manipulates resources and expenditures"
Non Union Replacement Pilots (NURP) at UPS are not managers, they are robots who are told what to do, have no ability to control or manipulate the company and have no union protection. Just as with the Teamster strike in 1997, they ALL flew strike goods across union picket lines=SCAB.

In the Dorsey case the law court found that without the power to hire and fire, or even buy donuts, they were not legally managers.

7 11 manager has more authority and say as to what goes on in his shift and the store than these drones that ups calls managers.

Which is why their title is now ACPs, assistant chief pilots.

The worst of the worst are the ones who chose to come here in the middle of our furlough. ...and yes, they all chose to come here. Don't believe in the "this was the only option given to them" hype.. Two separate applications, and that's the way it's been for years..
