Don't hold your breath for better RSV language. It has never been a priority for any seniority list that I have been on, I don't expect it to be a priority for the IPA next time around either. It just doesn't affect enough of the membership to make it a priority for any NC. Generally speaking, the majority of the membership couldn't give a crap about QOL on RSV, it doesn't affect them.
We got an extra day off on RSV, UPS got plenty of flexibility to take that day away as needed (with restrictions)... and that is considered a victory.
Hey Brown Boeing FO, was that including the "signing bonus" ?
OCV, gotta admit that was a gain for probably everyone on the list. Juniority with 2 weeks of VAC on 9 days off was getting old. That was a big fix to getting the time off, or getting a better pay credit for the VAC on a day off.
Now if we could get those limo rides to the airport and first class tickets, we'd only be complaining about working EVERY Tuesday
