I've not landed there - but I agree with you BoredwLife - that photo doesn't do the drop off justice. I fly right by it almost everytime I am going into Kirtland AFB/ABQ.

sorry i only had my phone camera on me but come on up to ketchikan and ill take ya to the same lake and better, yes ther is better than helicopter lake. if i go back before the winter sets in ill take a better shot but more than likely we will not have the blue skies, it normally rains about 160inches a year. so its mostly cloudy year round. but i will try. i really need to invest in a better camera, but a fishing pole is more essential
