Default Beautiful evening over San Francisco bay
We went over to the coast from Sacramento this evening. It was an absolutely gorgeous evening. Here are a few pictures.

Some of that terrain looks familiar to a past life
Looks like a great morning for flying!

We were on our way back from Half Moon Bay. We went from Half Moon Bay to the Woodside VOR to the Oakland VOR, and then to Sacramento.

Looks like fun. I'm hoping to get up tomorrow night.
There are some good places to eat down in Half Moon Bay.

Yep, we were IFR. I wish we had time to get out and eat. My instructor is from the area, so hopefully we can make it back sometime.

This is a little larger than a typical cell phone image, but it's Half Moon Bay a couple of years ago from my airplane.

Great shot! But it is hard to tell it is Half Moon Bay without any sign of the marine layer.
