Twin Caravan? Not many made IIRC.

What is your experience with this type?

When pilotmech pointed it out to me I hadn't even heard of such an airplane before.

I'm sure he will share some more of the interesting details of this particular plane.
Standby to be amazed (or would in more appropriately be astounded?!)

pilotmech......are you going to post the one from KDWH too?

Pilot told me it's a Cessna 404 fuselage, Conquest II wings, PT6A engines and a Citation tail.
Said it was a pig to fly at slow speeds.

That is only the second one I've seen.

No experience, other than I am fairly in tune with most of the Cessna line. No flight experience in one.

I didn't talk to the guy - pilotmech did - but I think the operator said that there were only two operating in the US.
What did you think of the Frankenstein makeup of the airplane?
Was it normal for these Caravan IIs to have such a variety of parts?
