the arbiterbcan rule whenever he wants. last report the co. thinks a couple of weeks.
it seems to me that swa pilots will make less w/ the new flt/duty/rest rules.
and, after thinking about it, ive never had a 17 day trip at atlas.

Until the Abitrator rules it's all up in the air. Before it went to arbitration most sections were TAed and if they remain unchanged the pay rates go up some. The big item is a trip rig, works out to 4.something hours pay for every 24. So if you do spend 17 days on the road (which is my JFK based norm) you'll blow past guarantee around day 13. The hope is if it costs the company significantly more to keep you sitting in a hotel, maybe they'll be more likely to cut pilots loose at the end of their pattern.
