I interviewed last summer. There is plenty of info here about the interview. In a nuttshell you do a one on one with either the CP or his assistant - just a "will you be someone I can fly beside type discussion". Then you (and other interview candidates) will take a test - crm encouraged. Then a shot around the pattern in a Redbird Simulator (Takeoff up to 2000 climbing left turn to enter downwind to intercept final to an ILS full stop, then a V1 cut climb straight out to 1000ft)- the Sim instructor will set up the approach get your flaps etc, all you have to do is fly.
Then lunch followed up with HR who will tell you about the benefits, then either a "will call" or a job offer.
The whole thing requires very little prep.

Forgive me if this question already exists...
With the monthly guarantee being on the low side, is there a way to make up money, specifically with picking up open time, or does that not exist in the charter world?
Thanks in advance
