Default AGI Written Exam

Hey all,

I'll be taking a new job soon and getting out of the flight instructing line of work. However, before I go I realized I have enough practical endorsements in order to qualify for Gold Seal. I figured I would take the AGI written and renew with gold seal before I head out that way I'm good for another 2 years.

Has anyone taken the AGI and if so how was it? I took the ATP back in June so I'm wondering if it's easier than that?

Thanks!

If you can pass the cfi written you can pass the AGI I took it same day and did not have a study guide.

I want to pass IGI but still working on MEI CFII then ATP and then CFI in that order....

Any tips on how I am trying to do this?

Thanks

The IGI test is the same pool as the instrument written - I took them both the same day, so if you're comfortable with that version might be easier to take.
