Default Signing airplane on with DPJ

Anyone have any experience signing a plane on with DPJ? We would go with the program where we are still employed by the owner and be the only ones to fly the plane.
The hourly rate reimbursement for a light jet didn't look bad. Just wondering how busy we could expect to be? I've read the negatives about being employed by them, is contracting to them as bad?
Thanks

PM me and I will put you in contact with others who have sadly done the same. Remember, it isn't Delta Airlines. It is a ****ty wholly owned subsidiary under the delta global services network.
