Default Flight Options Recalls

Sounds like they are going to bring back many. Rumors I'm hearing say up to 50. If true they may get all the way through the furloughed list. Most pilots are deferring from what I've heard. Pilots are needed in the Phenom 300 and Cit X.

Great to hear! It's about time! It will be interesting to see how many have other jobs and either defer or decline.

all the best,
Sam, a former FLOPS guy

Yeah its been over 5.5 years since the furloughs. I doubt they get back a ratio of 5 to 1. Would be nice to see hiring off the street soon. A sign things are picking up for pilots finally.

That is good news. Is there no internal movement at Flight Options? Are the Beechjet pilots not able to bid other types like the C750 and the Phenom?

Unfortunately I've been gone for over 5 years. I really don't know if there will soon be internal movement or which fleets are going and which will stay. I can tell you there are new phenom 300's coming right away and I would think that's why they needed the recall. This should open more captain slots for internal movement. Just a guess.
