So.. what's the theories on NOT having "view directions" for the Feb invitation to reapply but DID HAVE one in Aug with no rejection letters?

See the way it works is E=MC2. For what anyone but a few select few, who I doubt visit this board know, this theory would be as plausiable as any other you might find on here.

I have an app in from Feb online. I have my resume attached. Can anyone tell how to get a LOR submitted onto that Feb app I did. I must be missing something obvious. I must have missed that area or directions on submitting a LOR.

Thanks in advance for any help

No worries man! What you need to do is make your LORs pages on your resume, then make that into a .pdf to upload.

I took my resume as a .doc, added page two to that .doc as my first LOR, page three as my second and so on, all copy paste to the original resume .doc. Then I just converted it to a single .pdf with five pages (1 resume, four LORs) and uploaded the .pdf to the website.

There is no facility yet on the Airways application website to just add in LORs, a la Alaska's or JetBlue's, so you have to do it as a singular .pdf. A few posts back, maybe in a different Airways thread, someone posted the method of updating your resume. It involved emailing PeopleScout, attaching your new updated resume and including your application's Id number to it. I did it, next day my updated resumes were there. Like magic! Okay, not magic, but it worked.

Hope this helps, now go update your new resume quick! And make it to one of the Airways job fairs, that'll help as well.

Good luck!

This thread is funny. Monday - Wednesday this thread is crazy active and kicking. By Thursday it slows down and by Friday it's dead because we are all bummed we haven't gotten called. It's the same every week!

You're so right! I drove down to the Gulf Coast today, so haven't been sitting on the forums like I normally do.

With Airways going to Vegas next week, I think we'll see an uptick in this thread, and then again after the job fair.

No idea when calls for interviews will come about. It'd be nice to hear from them!

US Airways will be at the OBAP Spring Career Fair (for OBAP members only), then will be at the FAPA.AERO job fair the day after.

This will be in Vegas on the 11th and 12th of April.

I heard through the grape vine that US Airways is thinking about raising the PIC requirement to 1,500. It's just a rumor and wouldn't put much into it, but it is something I've heard. Will it be Total PIC or total TPIC, not sure?
