Has anyone on here been an interviewer at some point?

Doubtful, only true company guys are willing to be interviewers as the company pays less than required by the CBA to do it (especially Captains).

I noticed that all companies literally have same HR questions: What makes a good FO? what makes a good CA? 3 strengths and weaknesses? why should we hire you?
What do you think would be "good" answers to these?

Go to:
aviationinterviews.com

The answers you get on this board while entertaining wont really be all that useful to you.

These questions are designed to give them an idea about who you are as a person and how you are as a pilot. It is really difficult to get a snapshot of a candidate from just a 20-30 minute hr interview so they come up with these question. Just answer the questions honestly and put some thought into them before you get to your interview.

If you've ever been an FO or CA, you can easily answer these questions. If not, think back to your CRM classes or time with a good instructor. A good CA and a good CFI have a lot in common including being ultimately responsible for the flight. The key difference is that you are now working together as team (instead of student-teacher relationship) to get the flight accomplished in a safe, efficient manner. A good CA and FO can learn something new from each other on a regular basis.

You voted YES to a TA you believe was served up by a "corrupt" NC. All because you want to move forward. Don't see the contradiction?

Contradiction - to be in conflict with.

As for getting a new and improved offer (hopefully). This will be as a result of your fellow co workers voting no on the previous offer. People who you constantly belittle.

Look we get it. You want to make a career out of it at Republic. Nothing wrong with that. You live in base and life is good. You don't want to rock the boat. You believe that we have to stay cheap to stay alive. Luckily the vast majority believe we are worth more and you will ride their coattails.
A FAIRLY decent post on your part! I'm training you well!
