I agree with all of the above. Endeavor would be better for your QOL. But you will upgrade faster at compass and most likely never see MSP as a pilot there as they continue to shrink DTW(closing in june) and MSP, and focus there operations out west. Commuting from MSP to the west coast I would think might provide some challenges but I am sure it can be done. To make up for not upgrading faster at Endeavor you have the retention bonus for the next 4 years which will make life much much easier and better for you. My advice go to the place where you don't have to commute. Commuting is the devil.
Most of the new hires are all from out west and want nothing to do with Minneapolis. A vast majority.
80% of the flows will be coming from MSP. That means anyone wanting MSP will get it by the time their out of the school house and done with IOE. We have official word that our MSP base will not be shrinking anymore.
Stop saying you can't hold MSP when that's absolutely not the case. Some of you over at Endeavor think you know what's up over here but you don't.

Skywest is probably the best bet if you want MSP and want a quick upgrade in QOL. I just don't see any new hires having any decent amount of QOL in MSP at Endeavor for at least a year, if not longer. There are a lot of people who were forced out of MSP to NY, you will continue to get bumped down by people returning and it is very possible you would be forced to NY. I don't think you can count on MSP, especially if you can't get the 200. The money is the only reason to come to 9E and/or if you live in NY and can get the 900. Or if you are gambling on a Delta interview. Things are better at 9E but the QOL/schedules get worse every month.
Endeavor is wholly owned and that's never been a good thing considering Delta's record of previous wholly owned airlines.

Nope, that's 25 more downgrades at Endeavor. Probably be 9 yr Pinnacle guys. At least they get awesome senior FO schedules and LOA 50.

No, that's FO openings for those in new hire training. They have to have somewhere to bid into, which will be the remaining open FO slots. It's net upgrades on 15-02.
