What's your point? Think about what? Why so vague? AAG wholly owned got pay rate changes while Deltas only wholly owned gets bonuses while their base rate is $8 less than AAG...they aren't the same.

Just give it up and enjoy your new job. In any case you're comparing the Wholly owned. Just how do you think these increases will affect the non wholly owned like Compass? Will they step up to the plate? Can they afford to be competitive?

To the new guys on planning to be done with training in a couple months, not going to happen. I been hearing that scheduling at the training center is so bad that it's taking some people 3-5 months to complete initial (sims and stuff) not counting IOE. I have/had a few buddies in training currently and it seems that some SNAFU happened with scheduling and now everyone that was or is in initial got lot's of time off like 2-5 weeks off then LOFT and straight to the LOE (checkride), woah... I wonder how many people will be failing the check rides, that's along time to have off then bam! good luck. They can't handle the small classes now I doubt they will be hiring 40 a month. I'm glad I'm not in training at the moment I would not feel good about having a couple/few weeks off and expect to pass a check ride.

That's not necessarily true I had tons of time off and finished in a little over 3 months. One segment I was home about 3 weeks. I didn't mind the break being home lol somehow they were still able to pull it off. We'll be ight they always find a way

Quick question... Is it hard to get a call from Compass? I know someone who has over 2500 hours Total Time, over 2100 Turbine time, over 600 hours Part 121 time and can't get a call or a email? I thought regionals were desperate? Lol

Maybe recruiting is busy on the road?? From my experience, they were pretty quick. I got a call 10 hours after turning my app in.

Took a week for my call from them. Also I too had a ton of time off in between segments. Was done in 3 months though. Some had a long break after MV for LOFT and LOE but got a refresher flight beforehand if it was a long wait. I had a week and a half between mv and gbls and it didn't seem too bad with the two gbls then loft before the loe.
