I don’t know about you but I don’t come to work for the love of flying I can do that at the local airport. I come to get rich or die trying while having as much time off as possible. Anything that impedes that is problematic. This program is a hurdle.
Totally agree. The E-3 Visa is valid for 2 years at a time. Frontier is taking Australian's who have been generally flying in the USA for 4-5 Years now and with only a few hundred around most won't choose to come across to Frontier. I would be surprised if Frontier get more than 200 Australian's in the next 2 years to fill spots. If Frontier want to slow attrition they need to start increasing the pay rates.
