Unless things have changed, Appleton then sim either in CVG, ATL, or STL.

Negative, straight pay off monthly guarantee only. 75hrs at $36/hr I believe. There are some discount programs the hotel will give you for cheaper food (no free breakfast) but plan on approx. $90/day gross (2.5hrs of pay per day) while in training.

Nope, per diem starts during OE. You get your monthly guarantee though. You can usually find some relatively cheap places to eat or get creative (Maybe a rice cooker or crock pot for your dinners.)

At least in ATW and CVG there were places to get a ton of good food relatively cheaply.

just get Sheppard. Everyone I know that used Sheppard as instructed passed every written they’ve used it for. The ones that tried to cheap out or get creative had mixed results.
