No defense for your airline though, not one. You know I’m correct to tell potential candidates to avoid 50 seat only regionals.
Every single time the response is to “character assassinate” via name calling. We have plenty of AW guys posting in the OO threads so don’t give me the “why do you care” crap. I’ll post where I want.

The fact is, when you have no character at all, there's really nothing to assassinate, is there?

Unfortunately, this Co is so profit focused vs employee focused, it would trip over a dollar trying to grab a penny. I think their motto at Corp is " if you are not junior manning, you are over staffed." The 7/9s are late to the party. Bailouts propped up failing Co's and we are short on leverage with our peers. Profit drives the market and our performance doesn't move the needle enough to make room. Its a pilot friendly world with the shortages, but our union can not negotiate to save itself. If the company holds out they will extend negotiations, yet if we hold out they will balk and call for an outside arbitrator.. Then settle for even less than they asked for in the first place. Win-win for Corp. Understaffed and undermaintained. At the time, sliding backwards, reaping what they sow.
But they are trying to catch up and our rules are decent here. I am not saying all is bad. Its just that the good things we have,(few of which there are are, and which are always #1 bargaining rights brought up when the CBA comes up) are always being attacked. I think both MX and FAs gave up the great healthcare for a small wage increases, basically costing Co nothing. The bottom dollar focus has not put us forward with our peers at all. Something should change. Its a tough market, OO is larger than all of us combined. Yet without a union, OO, keeps and maintains, a much more complex pilot group with profit sharing. Glad I am not an exec, I would prob bankrupt the co in a year. I dont see any olive branches being offered as we try to grow. Focus should be on the future. The good things we have here keep us competitive for new hires, why not keep that, while adding to it going forward.

What's the Endeavor barnacle on the hull of the Delta ship doing in these parts?

Pure coincidence huh? Your obsession with me is still running deep I see, and you cannot stay away.

I forgot to mention the narcissism runs deep within the broken one also, just be careful if you start in with him. He is obsessed to nth degree and is incapable of not responding.
