With the switch to American, does the Dayton base look like it will stick around? I know it’s the most junior and probably not desired for most people. I lived in Dayton for a few years when I was in the Air Force, so I’m well aware of what it’s like and wouldn’t mind being there again, at least for another short term stay.
I assume it’s a maintenance base or similar and not dependent on the carrier Air Wisconsin is contracted with, but wanted to check.

I’m a FO applicant so there actually really aren’t all that many other options in the regional industry right now.
