I got a 91 job closer to home.
There have been 36 resignations effective for November (about 5% of the total pilot seniority list); of those 36 resignations, 21 were captains and 8 were hired within the last 6 months.
There have already been 8 resignations effective for December, 7 of which are captains.

It has come down to about 2.5 years for the awards. But given that hiring and attrition has been in waves and we are relatively small compared to, say, Skywest, it is hard to say how it will remain.
I was 3.5 years when I was awarded upgrade in the summer. But it has come down a year on the seniority since I upgraded.
YMMV.
