Yup. I think that says it all. If you had plans for a larger fleet I think you would definitely care that your hiring no one and that attrition is accelerated now with little sign of slowing.

In their mind they can't afford to give you guys more money etc, and increase their expense lest they can't pickup a new contract as well as become un-sellable. Unfortunately they're probably going to wait as long as possible before they decide to give you guys a new contract or sell the company.

It continues... three junior man calls this weekend, none answered. I've only been here a year or so, but it appears as though the writing is on the wall. As much as I do enjoy AWAC, it may be time to get the apps out. In case anyone cares, the Jetblue FO window opens on the 10th and closes the 24th...

Too bad they want basically almost the same amount as time as united or delta. Best bet is spirit even then they want 4000 hours

HAHAHA I sure hope that isn't what they are thinking. The more planes the retire , the more people will leave. I am sure the ratio will still be the same and they will continue to junior man and panic. Just like your app is out there, how many more will do the same when more planes retire and no announcement for any future business comes out 😧 Who the hell is running the show up there ????

In their mind they just want to maximize their profit margin but, they have plenty of money. just gotta beat them with a bat to get them to cough it up 😂 I really hope more people leave, that might persuade them to take more direct action instead of running these ridiculous ads for employment.

Same thing happened at Eagle. It's exactly the same. Start cutting aircraft, scare the senior guys who are left (AWAC has quite a few) to vote yes to a concessionary contract, maybe even throw in an AA WO buyout offer if you can 'match' the other WO carriers' costs, meanwhile Parker is working a deal to give them a bunch new aircraft once that happens. You could write the script yourself...

Previous AWAC requirements were 4,000TT with 500 Turbine.
