They should have asked you for 4 people per room or maybe even 1 room per class in your last contract. We all know you guys would probably be ok with that.

Single occupancy throughout training. Indoc (2 weeks) and systems (2 weeks) are both in Appleton. CPT/Sim (3 weeks) is in Charlotte or Toronto right now, although I have heard rumors of a 3rd place coming online soon (I have heard Germany, Paris, Denmark, Montreal, Phoenix, and Minneapolis thrown around for the third site. )

Careful, you might cause them to go beat down managements door offering your idea as a new way to line their(managements) pockets...

Yep. First couple of years at AWAC were better, but it quickly went downhill. I guess I should've made it a little more clear what I meant in my comment. I can't understand why people come here because the future is so bleak at this company. Why would you come here when you have a very real chance of being out on the street again within a couple of years? But hey...whatever works for you. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised and we will still be around 5 years from now. If I were a betting man, I wouldn't place money on it though.

Just curious...does everyone who interviews get drug tested or only those who they plan to hire? I recently interviewed and was asked to do the drug test but have not been given an answer on the outcome of the interview. I know it takes time, but just trying to get an idea if that's a good sign or not.

Just wait, no point of worrying when you can't control the outcome.
