Awac: oh we got this low time pilot program we use to recruit high schoolers and throw a few bucks at em bi monthly.

Aag: ok
Your first mistake was putting AAG and Future in the same post.

There's always hope of flying past 2018 but this program wont have any effect on that. The company will either find a partner or be sold off, but this program is pennies to CJT.

FWIW 2006 FO 2nd year pay rates for the 146 were 41.54.

Given the contractual raises since then the 2nd yr FO today would get 48.20 and the top CA rate would be around 133.18.

Keep in mind this is a concessional contract AWAC currently operates under.

Bring on the everyone saying "well that's why you have no future."

To which the correct response is "No, you're the reason we have no reason for a future." #SJS #Gooddayall

Wait, if your under a concessionary contract didn't YOU have to vote that in? So nobody is to blame but YOU on how YOU vote. It's your vote and yours only. Management tactic is to beat you into submission and it's allowed because I feel we had a Union that didn't represent the regionals. Follow the money.

Thanks for pointing that out.

My point by mentioning that it is concessionary, is that it is still above and beyond recent "achievements" gained in other regional carriers contracts. But carry on, billy. Aren't you mainline or do they not like your garbage comments in those forums?
