Temporarily, yes. Eventually they will run out.

Our flying is also decreasing significantly over the next 2 months (based on the AA final/prelimary flying schedule) and probably beyond that.

Disgusting indeed. Such a shame to see Air Wisconsin's 50+ year legacy and history tarnished by management over the couple years. I guess that's business though.

Who determines what captain gets mentoring? I would love to see RZ get "mentoring", somebody will get a foot up their a$$. So does this mean your whole 4 day trip will be a jeopardy training event? Sad to see what's happening to AWAC.

I'd pay to sit in the jumpseat while rz or dl gets some mentoring. We do have some great Lcas but alot of them weren't even born yet when these guys were bouncing around in dehaviland doves

Well clearly, how else are they gonna retain captains. Gotta hand out a bunch of line check failures so they can never leave.

Are you guys even reading the announcement? It says completely non-jeopardy event.

Any training event is recorded in your file, the result of said training event is recorded in your file. It is non jeopardy if you pass.

It's not a training event. Do you work here ?

Still not right if that's what they are using to justify right seat LCA flying

Under any circumstance if you have an lca in cockpit and you do something wrong the lca will have to file a report. The lca represents the faa in the final analysis.
