Why are they giving TOWOP if you are so short staffed? What are the details about this?

Do you realize you don't have to accept a Jr man? Tell them your fatigued and go home.

Reduction in block hours. The total departures over the last 3 months have looked something like this....9,000 to 8,000 to 7,000. See the trend here? The DCA departures are down over 50% for March.

But it's just temporary... hiring will continue. Meanwhile take advantage of the incredible opportunity off time off without pay, try out unemployment and see how great it can be!!

If you take the TOWOP you lose the longevity bonus, right?

Is Air Wisconsin still hiring FOs?

Will the school house stops churning first to signal the nail on the coffin???

Is there a training contract in place, or being enforced?

If i was new, and wanted to try out 121 world, I think going to Air Whisky getting free ATP, type training would be a great idea.....

If I was a young gambling man wanting paid training & free type (great opportunity) for free stuff, I'd learn to ride a dying or old horse.

I do wish the pilot group well & hope any Hail Mary pass being thrown for a winning touch-down is some how miraculously made. Might not be a pretty landing, but hopefully there is a job in hand & both feet in the end zone.

Can anyone chime in with base seniority and time on reserve? I live near D.C. and curious about getting that or PHL out of training. Thanks in advance.
