^^^^^just like every WO's...I remember JR commenting about, how hard and important AWAC will be facing the new challenges the future might bring and how AWAC needed to adjust to the changes and possible challenges...IMHO, I believe there is plenty of pie to give around, but is up to the baker the amount of portions he'll give...sorry guys to early and am hungry :-p

You don't need a new career, you need a new job.

Good luck getting out. I hear scheduling is pulling some dirty tricks on people leaving.

Um, yes they did. They voted yes at a time when every other regional was voting no.
Even if, God forbid, they got shut down it was at a time when we were going into the current pilot's market. There were plenty of other jobs. And not just lateral either.
Every tactic mgmt used against the pilot group proved to be just that...

Lol...this guy is clueless. Hey man, during the 9e bankruptcy, it was down times for just about everyone. This was before the 1500hr rule and 117 rules We voted yes to avoid having the judge impose whatever the court deemed we should live with. Min day (for one thing) would have never been kept. You need to go to Regional Airline history school.

Who is "we"? Exactly how long have you been at Endeavor?

There are more non-AWAC pilots posting here than AWAC pilots. Billyho has at least some excuse (not really) since he is at AA. Why these delta connection pilots are still here trolling their former coworkers, I haven't the foggiest idea. Time for you to move on boys!
