Not long. I got here shortly before the merger. Everything is legal per the regs and Ive been on reserve the entire time. I try to follow the contract but there is so much hedging language in there the company always has an excuse to pull it off. They were about to extend me again into a day in lieu and they wouldnt give it back to me so I called fatigue for the first time. I am so extremely fatigued.
Merger?? What are you talking about ?

No reason to kill your self over this job, it's suppose to be fun. Might not be the greenest pastures ever but there are better options out there where you won't be a slave. Just getting a line somewhere else will do wonders to your attitude.

Keep track of your junior man events. There's a max they can do that to you each year.

Image going around, saw it on a guys phone in the crew room, six finalists for a new logo for the company. Interesting business decision if this is in fact it, of all the things they could waste money on.... suspicious.

See?...SweetlittleJesus?...Those are the guys at AWAC I'm talking to when I come in like a Jehovas Witness with my Endeavor Air pamphlets lol. (Yes that is sarcasm)
There is no reason anyone should let AWAC get away with working them like dogs. Everyone else has more to offer. AWAC is the Kirstie Alley of the regional airline world!

I'm not saying it's not true but at this point it's like the boy who cried wolf.
