What does that even mean? Did they receive the results from the Arbitration panel? How would u know?

I guess I don't understand this... If they have the award from the arbitrator why not just send it out? At this point it can't be changed and I'm pretty sure most of us have college degrees and can read for ourselves just as well as we can with ALPA's help...
