This is the next 2020 commit to compete whipsaw ace in hole for Alaska mgmt it will be interesting to see how this plays out but I guarantee ALK will play this nasty for these mainline aircraft.
1. Alk wants scope fine, sign long term TA no improvements in pay, work rules
2. Alpa wants work rules, pay then no scope from ALK

Good luck ALK Pilots you have fight in front of yourselves hope you stay strong.

How do they know? In my interview, I don't remember any questions like "TMAAT when you voted yes...."

Didn’t they also tell us the E175’s wouldn’t show up on our flying.... and how long until that happened?

QUOTE=snackysmores;2663879]For what it's worth, Carlos told the Horizon pilot group today that the E195 was brought in by Embraer to show off flight deck options like Synthetic vision and some other packages that could be installed on our E175s, and said that there are no plans to fly anything above 76 seats at Qx.[/QUOTE]

Or, option three: The pilot group wants scope, pay, and work rules. I believe your group will do this.

"The E2 is different from anything else on the market," Souza told reporters. "It's a completely new aircraft."
Oh Pablo.

Did they replace the Epic Honeycrapwell suite?

Well I would venture to say that a minimum of 90 percent of vx pilots despise Alaska and that 95 percent of vx pilot voters would vote no on anything less than industry average. Our side feels zero attachment to this brand and “culture,” we are ready to watch this place burn to the ground. Let’s hope with the influx of vx guys and gals that it will shrink the yes voters down to below 50.

Lets go with me being a jerk. I am happy if you are happy.
As to scope. At least 65% of the pilots hired at Alaska are hired to vote yes. At least that is how it has been in my time here. The rest of us are just meat in the seat. Now you know...

“B...buh....buh...... Kasher!!😳”

Y’all aren’t alone on the VX side. I’ve told several folks that if they’ve never picketed with a 50 foot cigar smoking rat outside the home office, then they haven’t tried hard enough.

Reverse vasectomy’s aren’t impossible... just difficult.

Never forget the QX pilots "80s for 80 for 80" offer to Angle Lake. They volunteered to fly the MD-80s 80 hours a month for $80K a year. They won't hesitate to stab AS pilots in the back if it means getting this kind of jet in THEIR bid packages.

That was, when...20+ years ago? There might be ten folks from that era left at QX. They, and every Regional airline pilot group today, have a far different mindset. Don't be so quick to throw those folks under the bus.

Sad that's what you think of us. There's no way in hell we'd agree to fly mainline aircraft at regional rates and become the laughing stock of the industry.

The biggest threat to the Alaska pilot group right now is Alaska pilots.
