Sad that's what you think of us. There's no way in hell we'd agree to fly mainline aircraft at regional rates and become the laughing stock of the industry.

The biggest threat to the Alaska pilot group right now is Alaska pilots.

For what it's worth, Carlos told the Horizon pilot group today that the E195 was brought in by Embraer to show off flight deck options like Synthetic vision and some other packages that could be installed on our E175s, and said that there are no plans to fly anything above 76 seats at Qx.

Do you believe that? I don't. This management team has pretty much lied about everything. A few years ago, they got rid of all of Horizon's CRJ700's and turned around and leased them all to SkyWest.

I left Alaska Airlines earlier this year because of the lack of scope ruling and because of these aircraft on the horizon. AAG has zero reason to place these aircraft with AS and knowing that mgmt team for the time in which I knew them, they will undoubtedly use these airplanes or similar ones to force the AS pilot group to bend on work rules, pay and at the very least vote away the retirement package in 2020 or else the airplanes are going to QX.

It is very disheartening to see that airplane in that hangar, regardless of what CZ says...

show us the response from QX to the request for proposal. That was only a rumor perpetuated to rile people up.

Funny thing is even after Alaska pilots were faced with this threat, you did absolutely nothing to address it.

AS pilots are their own enemy, not the folks st Horizon.

Yep and the Alaska pilot group allowed this prospect to exist in the first place.
