I thought we already worked for a 10% discount in order to be competitive and thrive. No pay cut will prevent furloughs, save the company from bankruptcy or ensure we recover from this quickly. AS runs as lean on pilots as possible. Does anyone really think a 10% pay cut will cause them to have a change of heart and they’ll all of a sudden run fatter than necessary on pilots?! No Effin way. They’ll cut the exact number of pilots they were always gonna cut....... Not another ****ing dime from me.

92 seems like a good number, Alaska thought 40 in each seat so pretty close. It honestly surprised me a little, especially on the FO side.

The company is pretty smart, they expect less then 40 pilots system wide to take them in April.
i bet it’s closer to 20! OTZ you’re just taking guesses. There is no accurate information, just educated guesses. Just say that’s your guess instead of portraying info as coming straight from the company. |
No one can no anything of substance when it comes to October 1.
But know this. I’d gladly hit the streets over a pay cut. As a junior guy who is likely to be unemployed I’d be disappointed if we did take a pay cut. I know it would take years or even a decade to get back to where we are now. In the long run it’s better to keep what we have. I’m happy to take one for the team for that. However, I can only speak for myself. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Seriously? Goes to show you how out of touch a lot of us have become during the “feast” portion of the aviation cycle. |
