It’s ridicules that BCP put out a regional airline style discipline email the way she did. That’s the truth! What a disgrace… Where’s ALPA on this one? It’s pathetic anyone would try to defend the actions she took.

Disagree.. anytime your boss and workplace is making it their mission to intimidate you to not get health related treatments (for anything) to create a fear of retaliation in the workplace regarding your livelihood it needs to be aired publicly

People should be unhinged, they’ve been pushing this vaccine that doesn’t even work for a long time. Then someone gets it only to be harassed by the same management that pushed the jab. That’s what others should consider before coming here.

Personally I’d like to read about this in the public court docket. Once the dust settles and the case is over. It would be great to see on some of the Bay Area, California and National news outlets too. I hope this doesn’t just fizzle on an obscure aviation forum.

We all know the person in questioned planned it that way to maximize days off.
Thats what pilots do, try and game the system.
Some are better then others, this one is blatant, a blue falcon too.
Still difficult to prove though.
That email shows a lot of anger and frustration.
This should have been an internal affair.
