Looks like the company did a poor job of managing this and let a few people ruin it for everyone. Hopefully if anyone commited outright fraud they will be dealt with and the MOU can be brought back.

I'm not on the NC. But lets recap what you lost so far.
1. Hotel MOU, gone. You and I had no say.
2. RSV pickup on days off, gone for IL months. Minimizing potential for extra income on the junior side, so super senior pilots can stay home and collect 40/hrs. Apparently, the story goes they wanted to kill the Reserve pickup days off MOU altogether. An agreement was made to kill it only for months of ILs, but keep it around for other months when staffing gets tough and there are no ILs offered (eg, summer).
Me, personally? I'd say draw a line in the sand and stand by it. If that means they kill the Rsv P/U MOU, then let them. They'll also have to live with the consequences come summer/staffing shortage.
All these MOU/LOAs need to be enshrined into the CBA main body itself, so next time it can't just be terminated with a 30-60 day notice.
That's fact, jack.

Not sure anyone will be dealt with. The language was vague-ish... didn't explicitly preclude someone who lives 15 minutes from SEATAC and bids local lines from reserving a hotel every single day, checking in on his way home and harvesting hotel points.

Kind of amazing how low some people will stoop to chase nickels. A night's stay at a hilton for example might be worth about 2000 hilton points. At .005 cents point value that's about $10. So in theory someone is bothering to drive to hotel, stand in line, check in, etc. for maybe $10 worth of points and not stay. Actually kind of pathetic if true.

I think a lot of people are about to get a history lesson… Company commuter hotel proposal is at 4 a month, by April the whole program will be scrapped… We will have lost all negotiating power by then unless something changes quickly. Booking have dropped significantly, yield is down, I hear whispers revenue may be off 6-12 points this year. I honestly expect 100 down grades this fall if the landscape doesn’t change soon. Q1 looks awful.
If anything OTZ stands as a perfect example on why AS pilots and sadly our MEC should not be making any kind of economic predictions. He's missing out on massive gains by selling when every indicator I look at says buy.
Now hes predicting downgrades...
What a joke.

Will be intersting to see how hardcore the company goes on this if they found fraud. This is straight out of the company employee manual:
"31. Dishonesty such as theft or pilferage of company property, the property of our guests or
employees, or the misappropriation of funds, or misrepresentation to obtain pay, benefits,
or privileges including fraudulent use of sick leave will be grounds for dismissal and may
lead to prosecution under the law.
Booking hotels with no intention to use them could certainly fall under "misrepresentation to obtain pay, benefits, or privileges." If true some abusers could get terminated. Hope they enjoy those points!
