I realize that might have escaped you since I realize news of anything happening East of the Cascades travels slow in and out of The Tiny Kingdom of Gig Harbor, but, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee… even Alabama has been PNW and Cali transplants over the last 5 years.
