Just a generic idea would be good. Genuinely curious. When I can hold a line, I have never have them change my schedule unless it was a MAX issue, crew legality issue, or WX. I've had waaaaay more things go in my favor (eg, getting a trip removed, training displacement, crew make up and not used, or getting home 1 day sooner, getting 1.5x trip pay for a re-assignment out of base while still finishing on time, etc etc), as opposed to going the opposite/bad direction.

just kinda been business as usual aside from all the Boeing issues *sigh* (I miss the airbus)
are your guys NEOs the CFM LEAP or the Pratt engines? If the Pratt any issues with the engines like spirit and deltas 220s?
